Brightsand Lake Regional Park Authority is comprised of the following:
Four (4) appointed representatives by the RM of Mervin No. 499 and one (1) Elected Official.

Brightsand Lake Regional Park Authority may consist of members-at-large, up to 40% of the total number of members of the Regional Park Authority; meaning two (2) members-at-large.
