Board Meeting Minutes

Regular board meetings shall be determined at the first meeting of each calendar year or as otherwise determined by resolution of the Authority.

Special meetings may be called by the Chairperson or upon written request of at least three (3) Directors, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
